Offers workshops for female doctoral candidates, professors and members of the academic intermediary corps, with practical tools to help them manage their academic careers. These workshops also provide an opportunity to develop cross-disciplinary skills with other researchers from partner universities (the Universities of Fribourg, Lausanne and Neuchâtel and the HES-SO as well as the EPFL) and to create a forum for exchange. These workshops are aimed at women, but some are open to a mixed audience to raise awareness in the university community of the issue of equal treatment for women and men in careers.
